1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing waze009.org, downloading our mobile app, or using any services offered on the platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that may be issued from time to time.
These terms take effect from the date you register your account or, if earlier, from the date you first access the waze009 platform. Acceptance is comprehensive — you may not accept only part of the terms while rejecting others.
2Member Eligibility
To become a waze009 member, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gambling activities.
- Never been declared bankrupt or currently subject to active bankruptcy proceedings.
- Never previously been banned from using the waze009 platform.
- Act on your own personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any other party.
Waze009 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are unable to provide the required documents, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any funds until verification is complete.
3Account Registration
Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) account on the waze009 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether under the same or different names — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all accounts involved, including forfeiture of all funds held in those accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:
- Full name as per valid identification document
- Correct date of birth
- An active and reachable phone number
- A valid and active email address
- Correct bank account details for withdrawal purposes
A Know Your Customer (KYC) process will be conducted to verify member identity, particularly before processing the first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
Waze009 offers a variety of secure and trusted payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia, including FPX, instant bank transfer, and platform-approved e-wallets.
Deposits:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the chosen payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
- All deposits must be made from a legitimate source in your own name.
- Waze009 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawal:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same member's name.
- KYC verification must be fully completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes for VIP Gold members and above, and between 1–3 hours for other members, depending on the amount and account status.
- Waze009 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount.
5Bonuses & Promotions
Waze009 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated in each offer.
- Welcome Bonus: For new members making their first deposit only. Cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
- Rollover Requirements: Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
- Timeframe: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
- Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts or using unfair betting strategies, may result in bonus cancellation and action taken against the account.
Waze009 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, a member's entitlement to bonuses already legitimately earned will not be affected.
6Game Rules
All games on the waze009 platform are conducted according to their respective official rules. Each game has specific rules available within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.
- Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) are final.
- Any technical failure that occurs during a gaming session will be resolved in accordance with the waze009 technical resolution policy.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system is prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- The use of automated software or bots for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
7Member Responsibilities
As a waze009 member, you are responsible for:
- Ensure all your account information is kept current and accurate at all times.
- Keep your password and login credentials confidential. waze009 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in protecting their login details.
- Play within your financial means. If you feel that gaming is starting to have a negative impact on your life, please use our responsible gaming tools or contact our support team.
- Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account immediately.
- Comply with applicable local laws in your area of residence.
8Account Security
Waze009 uses multiple layers of security to protect your account, including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and continuous account activity monitoring.
In addition to our technical measures, you are also required to:
- Use a strong and unique password for your waze009 account.
- Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.

Waze009 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you receive any communication that appears suspicious on behalf of waze009, please report it to our support team.
9Account Closure
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the waze009 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the registered bank account following the required verification process.
Waze009 reserves the right to close or suspend a member's account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any terms within this document
- Registration using false information or identity fraud
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Opening more than one account
- Attempting to exploit the bonus system unfairly
- Abuse or harassment of staff or other members
In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, waze009 reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending an ongoing investigation.
10Disclaimer & Liability Limits
Waze009 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption 24 hours a day, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of technical disruptions.
- Waze009 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or user device failures.
- Game outcomes determined by RNG are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of luck or personal expectation.
- Waze009 is not responsible for the actions of third parties that may affect our services, such as disruptions from software or network providers.
In all circumstances, waze009's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim.
11Terms Amendment
Waze009 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication of the updated version on our website.
We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes through:
